Cardamom Cashew Coconut Rice

Make

  • 1 cup Jasmine rice

with

  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom (we used 1 tsp and it was way too much)

When finished cooking, fluff with fork and add

  • 2 tbsp well-chopped cashews
  • plenty of shredded coconut
  • chopped cilantro to taste
