Chex Mix

  • 6 cups Chex
  • a few cups pretzel sticks, crackers, nuts (cashews), croutons, etc.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • a few squirts of Frank’s Red Hot suace
  • butter (3 tbsp)

Melt at 250 F, toast for 15 minutes + stir ... 4 times, total one hour

Makes 1/2 gallon tub of Chex mix
