Chex Mix
- 6 cups Chex
- a few cups pretzel sticks, crackers, nuts (cashews), croutons, etc.
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- a few squirts of Frank’s Red Hot suace
- butter (3 tbsp)
Melt at 250 F, toast for 15 minutes + stir ... 4 times, total one hour
Makes 1/2 gallon tub of Chex mix
