Mango Sticky Rice
for two
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/4 cup sugar (in the rice)
- 1/4 pinch of salt (in the rice)
- 1/8 to 1/4 can cocunut milk (in the rice)
- 1/8 to 1/4 can for sauce
mix, wait 20 minutes
Sauce (poured over rice)
- 1/8 tsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp sugar
stir, then heat low to melt sugar
bring to boil, stirring, then off
