Pork Chops With Apple Raisin Curry Stuffing
Makes two large pork chops.
Stuffing
Chop
- 1 medium onion
Saute in
- butter
Add
- 1 chopped and pared apple
- 2 tbsp raisins
and cook with onion. Season with
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
Chop and add to pan:
- 2 cups of bread cubes (like little croutons) from a baguette
Remove from heat.
Add:
- 1 tbsp sliced chopped almonds
Let cool.
Pork Chops
Pound
- 2 large pork chops
with hammer (through plastic bag).
Add
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- vegetable oil
Then place in bake pan, folding and stuffing (and put some stuffing on top of each pork chop).
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
Serve with mashed potatoes.
