Tacos y Burritos
Wet, sloppy style
To make the meat mixture, saute:
- ground beef (drain some but not all of the fat when browned)
- onions
- green bell peppers (or poblanos)
- tablespoon chili powder
- teaspoon or two of cumin
- salt and lots of fresh ground black pepper
When that’s mostly done cooking, add
- can of Mexican style tomatoes
Warm some tortillas and serve filled with meat mixture. Top with cheddar and/or jack cheese.
