Tacos y Burritos

Wet, sloppy style

To make the meat mixture, saute:

  • ground beef (drain some but not all of the fat when browned)
  • onions
  • green bell peppers (or poblanos)
  • tablespoon chili powder
  • teaspoon or two of cumin
  • salt and lots of fresh ground black pepper

When that’s mostly done cooking, add

  • can of Mexican style tomatoes

Warm some tortillas and serve filled with meat mixture. Top with cheddar and/or jack cheese.
