Teriyaki Wings
Makes 8 full wings (drummettes and wings, or shoulder to wing tip) for a total of 16 pieces
- 1/2 cup soy
- a tablespoon or less of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- a squirt of honey
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger (maybe double or triple the ginger... ginger tends to blend in as it’s cooked so the flavor dies down)
- cornstarch (as a thickener, if you are so inclined)
Add some vegetables, such as
- chopped carrots
- chopped zucchini

Make the above sauce, veggies and chicken (make sure the chicken is off the bone and chopped into bite-size pieces) and add it to your
- rice (leftover is fine too)
Top with
- chopped cashews
Stuff into large, fresh, crispy
- green lettuce leaves
